Are you in business for yourself? Or do you work for someone else? If
you are working for someone else, who are you working for? I had never thought about this very much until Seth Godin
(http://bit.ly/bKpvLP) wrote about this in his blog. I would have
always said that it is our duty to do a good job for the people we are
working for. That is why we get paid. But really, your boss should be working for you. He (or she) has given
you a job to do. It is their job to equip you with the tools needed for
you to do your job. If you don't have the tools you need to do your job,
they are slacking in their job. It's a short post. Please read it. He hits the nail right on the head
and makes a lot of sense. http://bit.ly/bKpvLP
